While viewing the 2011 fall mens collections of the 15 designers that have shown in Milan thus far, I came across the designs of John Varvatos (a mens only designer). His collection--edgy and dark--was designed for the traveling man, "He started in London and ends up here in Milan" said Varvatos. Each look was made up of layers with no less than 3 pieces per looks and was full of varied textures and rich colors.
Likewise, the runway layout helped set the stage--complete with an oversized train station clock and gravel-lined train tracks.
